Free Loaner

Answer PC's free loaner program is just another one of our many services designed to give you peace of mind when your computer goes down. We know how important it is to have a computer always available, that is why we give you the option of having a free loaner computer configured for you to use while yours is being repaired. We can even temporarily transfer some your important data to the loaner and then back to your computer when it is delivered back to you.

Terms of the Loaner program *
Loaner computers a are subjected to availability, also in some instances a credit card may be required. Your credit card will not be charged but if the loaner computer isn’t returned or has sustained damage while in your care, your credit card may be charged for the damage or the full cost of the loaner computer if the unit isn’t returned. Upon receiving the loaner computer, we ask that you please take a moment to inspect it for any damage and make a note of it on the loaner form before signing it.
